All bookings are subject to availability and guarantee through a 75% deposit on total bill.

NB*-

i.    Once you have availability confirmed with our reservation office, all applicants for provisional or confided reservations are made in writing via email or fax.

ii. Provisional booking made via email or otherwise will automatically be released after two weeks unless deposit is received.

iii.    75%  are required to confirm booking and in the case of contract rates a booking voucher is required.

iv.    Balance of 25% should be made strictly 7days before arrival to retain booking.

v.    A confirmation voucher shall be sent only after receipt of 100% payment.

vi.    In the event of VAT, Training levy, service charge, adverse cost, exchange rate increases we reserve the right to adjust rates accordingly with immediate effect without notice.

vii.    Mt Kenya Leisure Lodge may at its discretion not honor a booking if full payment has not been made.

viii.    Cancellation fees will be applicable  as follows:-

-21-5 days before arrival date 20 % surcharge
-5-2days to arrival day 50% surcharge
-2days –c/in 100% surcharge

Child Policy.

1.    Sharing with adult 50% adult rate
2.    Sharing in own room 75% adult rate
3.    3yrs and below 50% on meals
4.    6yrs and below 12yrs 75% 0n meals
5.    2yrs and below free.
